A: Every one is different. Some have as few as 8 or 10 homes and some can have as many as 100 or even 200 homes. You just have to be patient until a package comes along that is the right size for you.
Q: How much money can I make in this business?
A: The income or profit potential is virtually unlimited. Some investors have made over $1 million in profit. It just depends on you, your risk tolerance, and how creative you are.
Q: Do I need any special software?
A: No. If you have a computer, an internet connection, and Microsoft XL, you are set to go.
Q: What if I don't have any money?
A: If you personally do not have any money, many times you can find friends or family that do and go into a partnership with them. You subscribe to the list and then you can show them the packages of houses as they come in. Many of our successful investors started this business using OPM (other peoples money) until they got on their feet. Most of them split all profits 50/50 with their investor/friend in exchange for doing the legwork AND having access to the list.
Q: Can I buy just part of a package?
A: NO. Each package is unique and is an all or none proposition.
Q: How long will it take me to start seeing results?
A: Typically, once you purchase a package, you can start marketing the homes immediately as long as you disclose that you do not have your deed yet. Sometimes, in extreme circumstances, it could take you 3 to 6 months to receive your deed to a property. This is NOT typical but can happen. Usually, you can begin closing on homes that you have sold with 30 to 60 days. Sometimes sooner. Every home is different.
Q: Do I have to pay cash?
A: Yes. Usually a cashier's check must be overnighted once you have committed to purchase a package. In the event your check doen't arrive, you will forfiet any claim you have on that package. In addition, you could be barred from our subscription service.
Q: What kind of condition are the houses in?
A: You never know until you actually send someone out to take a picture. Some are real dumps. Others are very nice. The reason we recommend at least a 10 home minimum is so that you reduce your risk by spreading it among several homes.
Q: If I buy a package and don't like it, can I get a refund?
A: No. All sales are final. Please understand that this service is the last option for lending institutions to liquidate property that they cannot sell. Once a sale is made, the houses are yours to do with as you please.
