I have gathered the best I can find at this point in time and posted the guides and my opinion about them here. All of them are good but some are better.

This one is actually a complete winemaking library consisting of several books, instructional articles, trouble shooting guides, videos and more. AND - it’s the least expensive of the bunch. Here’s the link to get it: Click Here

    Hi Mike,
    I would like to make some low alcohol wine or even no alcohol wine .Is there a method to do this .
    This is for my wife as she has some medical problems that they have suggested to stop having alcohol for a while.
