I didn’t think I could pull it off, but on our Christmas Ski trip to Vail, Colorado, I actually got a restaurant to swith out one of my bottles of wine with one of the restaurants bottles…

    No way! These people actually let you do this at the restaurant? pretty cool - as usual mike, you go \"above and beyond\" the call of duty.

    I never thought that homemade wine would compare with one of those snobby high dollars wines but as you have shown, the proof is in the tasting.

    I had bought one of your books on line and have gone through it. It is good.
    I need to make a good wine that can be taken in a month, and a champain under a month too. What is ur best advice for me,as i intend to go back home in Nigeria.
